HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

 

IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY?

  • Every piece of Nejim jewelry is covered by a 90 day warranty. Should any of your jewelry suffer a breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
  • If the piece is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
  • To file a warranty claim, please email us at info@shopnejim.com with your order number and photographs of the affected items. 

 

 

 ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR THE RETURN?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS? 

  • For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
  • Customers are required to arrange their own shipping with their courier of choice. 

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
